Co-Promote definition

Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means, with respect to any Co-Developed Product, the joint promotion and Detailing of such Co-Developed Product in the Co-Developed Territory using a coordinated sales force consisting of representatives of both Parties.
Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” shall mean the joint marketing, promotion and Detailing of Product under a single Trademark by the Parties (or their respective Affiliates) in the Territory, pursuant to the Promotion Plan.
Co-Promote means to engage in such activities.

Examples of Co-Promote in a sentence

  • If XOMA elects to Co-Promote a Product in the Field in a particular country and indication as provided in Section 4.1, the Development Committee shall coordinate and implement the joint marketing and detailing strategies and tactics, joint sales force training program, sales forecasts and post-approval clinical studies for such Product for each calendar year in each country and indication where the Parties will Co-Promote such Product.

  • Except as set forth below in this paragraph 7, the term of the Co-Promote Agreement shall commence on the effective date of the Co-Promote activities and shall continue in effect until expiration or termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise terminated as set forth below.

  • If XOMA does not elect to Co-Promote a Product in the Field in a particular country and indication as provided in Section 4.1, Alexion may Commercialize the Product (including without limitation the activities described in the previous sentence) in such country and indication in its discretion.

  • Notwithstanding the exercise by Orexigen of its right to Co-Promote Contrave pursuant to Section 3.5, Takeda shall have the sole right and responsibility for handling all sales and distribution activities, including returns, order processing, invoicing and collection, distribution (including importing, exporting, transporting, customs clearance, warehousing, invoicing, handling and delivering Products to customers), and inventory and receivables for the Products in the Field in the Territory.

  • The Parties shall market, Detail and ----------------- Co-Promote the Collaboration Products in the United States in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the relevant U.S. Marketing Plan.


More Definitions of Co-Promote

Co-Promote has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.1.
Co-Promote means to promote jointly Franchise Products through Genentech, IDEC and their respective sales forces under a single trademark in a given country in the Co-Promotion Territory.
Co-Promote when used as a verb shall mean to engage in such Co-Promotion.

Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” shall mean the joint marketing and promotion of VEGF Products by the Parties (or their respective Affiliates) under the same trademark in a Co-Commercialization Country pursuant to the applicable Country Co-Commercialization Plan.
Co-Promote means, with respect to the Co-Promotion Territory, to promote a Product through Genmab’s and CureVac’s respective sales forces under a single trademark in such Co-Promotion Territory. “Co-Promotion” shall have a correlative meaning.
