Power Business definition

Power Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Power Business means the business of owning, operating, and leasing assets and property in connection with the generation, production, transmission, distribution, and purchase and sale of electricity and other forms of energy-related projects in Canada and the U.S. and engaging in all activities ancillary or incidental thereto.

Power Business means the design, development, manufacture, marketing, distribution or sale (including solicitation of sale) of, and provision of foundry services and other services related to, Power Products.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Branch business means any insurance business transacted by a branch captive insurance company in this State.
