Other Business(es) means any business activity we or the Entities engage in, other than the licensing of the Hotel.

• This Agreement does not limit our right, or the right of any of our present or future owners, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities (the "Entities"), to own, license or operate any other business of any nature ("Other Businesses"), including a hotel, inn, conference center, time share property, lodging facility or similar business, whether under the Licensed Brand, or as a competitive brand, or otherwise.

More Definitions of Other Business(es)

Other Business(es) means the businesses related to end-point network services (and any other operations and activities conducted by Seller pursuant to the network end-point licence, dated December 30, 2007, of Seller), and the VoBoC and WiFi experimental services of Seller and 012 Telecom Ltd.

Other Business(es) means the fields of any and all businesses and operations of Crane NXT or any of its Subsidiaries (including the members of the Crane Company Group and the members of the Crane NXT Group) conducted immediately prior to the Distribution (including the Aerospace & Electronics business, the Process Flow Technologies business and the Engineered Materials business), other than the P&M Technologies Business.

Other Business(es) means (i) any and all businesses and operations of Crane Holdings, Co. or any of its Subsidiaries (including the members of the Crane Company Group and the members of the Crane NXT Group) as conducted immediately prior to the Distribution (including the Aerospace & Electronics business, the Process Flow Technologies business and the Engineered Materials business), other than the P&M Technologies Business and (ii) the business and operations of Business Entities acquired or established by or for any member of the Crane Company Group after the Effective Time; provided that the Other Businesses shall not include any business or operations related to the P&M Technologies Business, which is being retained by Crane Holdings, Co.

Other Business(es) means the OPPS Business, the BBRS Business and the Test Systems Business.

Other Business(es) shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

Other Business(es) means and includes all businesses (other than the Acquired Business) conducted by the Sellers or any of their Affiliates.

Other Business(es) has the meaning set forth in Section 16.2 hereof.
