Potential Cross-Connection definition

Potential Cross-Connection means a fixture or appurtenance with threaded hose connection, tapered spout, or other connection which would facilitate extension of the water supply line beyond its legal termination point.
Potential Cross-Connection means a cross connection that would most likely occur, but may not be taking place at the time of an inspection.
Potential Cross-Connection means a fixture or appurtenance or other connection which would extend the customer's water system through which the supply of potable water could be contaminated or polluted.

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement.
