Potential Collateral definition

Potential Collateral means any property of the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor which is not at the time included in the Collateral and which consists of (i) Eligible Real Estate, or (ii) Real Estate which is capable of becoming Eligible Real Estate through the completion and delivery of Eligible Real Estate Qualification Documents.
Potential Collateral means any of Borrower's or any Subsidiary's Oil and Gas Properties (which are not already Collateral) which are identified as containing proved Hydrocarbon reserves, whether currently existing or hereafter acquired.
Potential Collateral means any property of a Borrower which is not at the time included in the Collateral and which consists of (a) Eligible Owned Real Estate, (b) Eligible Villa Units or (c) Real Estate which is capable of becoming Eligible Owned Real Estate or Eligible Villa Units, as applicable, through the inclusion of such property on Schedule 1.1(c) or 1.1(d) or the approval of the Required Lenders and Administrative Agent and the completion and delivery of Eligible Owned Real Estate Qualification Documents (subject to the proviso of clause (d) of the definition of Eligible Owned Real Estate) or Eligible Villa Unit Qualification Documents, as applicable.

Examples of Potential Collateral in a sentence

  • If any Lender shall fail to respond to Administrative Agent within such fifteen (15) Business Day period, such Lender shall be DB3/ 204690278.10 deemed to have not approved such proposed addition of Potential Collateral to the Collateral Pool Properties.

  • With respect to such Potential Collateral, the Administrative Agent shall promptly furnish Required Lender CPP Deliverables to the Lenders as they become available.

  • In the event the Borrower desires to add additional Potential Collateral as aforesaid, the Borrower shall provide written notice to the Administrative Agent of such request (which the Administrative Agent shall promptly furnish to the Lenders).

  • Additional Collateral Any of the following held, in addition to the related Mortgaged Property, as security for a Mortgage Loan: (i) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as security for the repayment of such Mortgage Loan, (ii) third-party guarantees, and (A) all money, securities, security entitlements, accounts, general intangibles, payment rights, instruments, documents, deposit accounts, certificates of deposit, commodities contracts and other investment property and other property of whatever kind or description now existing or hereafter acquired which is pledged as collateral for such guarantee or (B) any mortgaged property securing the performance of such guarantee, or (iii) such other collateral as may be set forth in the Series Supplement.

  • U.S. Collateral means the “Collateral” (or any equivalent term) as defined in the U.S. Security Agreement or any other applicable U.S. Security Document, together with any other assets (whether Real Property or personal property) pledged pursuant to any U.S. Security Document.
