Control Collateral definition

Control Collateral means any Collateral consisting of any Certificated Security (as defined in Section 8-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code), Investment Property, Deposit Account, Instruments and any other Collateral as to which a Lien may be perfected through possession or control by the secured party, or any agent therefor.
Control Collateral means any Collateral consisting of a certificated security (as defined in the UCC), investment property (as defined in the UCC), a deposit account (as defined in the UCC) and any other Collateral as to which a Lien may be perfected through physical possession or control by the secured party or any agent therefor.
Control Collateral means Master Tenant's Collateral which constitutes deposit accounts, and upon which a security interest must be perfected by control as specified in Section 9-314 of the UCC.

  • The duties or responsibilities of the ABL Agent and the Notes Collateral Agents under this Section 3.2 are and shall be limited solely to holding or maintaining control of the Control Collateral as gratuitous bailee (in each case, to the extent required under the ABL Documents and the Notes Documents, as applicable) for the other Party for purposes of perfecting the Lien held by the applicable Notes Collateral Agent or the ABL Agent, as applicable.

Control Collateral means any Shared Collateral in the “control” (within the meaning of Section 9-104, 9-105, 9-106, 9-107 or 8-106 of the Uniform Commercial Code of any applicable jurisdiction) of any Collateral Agent (or its agents or bailees), to the extent that control thereof perfects a Lien thereon under the Uniform Commercial Code of any applicable jurisdiction. Control Collateral includes any Deposit Accounts, Securities Accounts, Securities Entitlements, Commodity Accounts, Commodity Contracts, Letter of Credit Rights or Electronic Chattel Paper over which any Collateral Agent has “control” under the applicable Uniform Commercial Code.
Control Collateral means any Shared Collateral that is a Deposit Account, Securities Account, Securities Entitlement, Commodities Account and that is in the “control” of any Authorized Representative (or its agents or bailees), to the extent that “control” thereof perfects a Lien thereon under the Uniform Commercial Code of any jurisdiction.
