Qualification Documents definition

Qualification Documents means the documents submitted by the Bidder to demonstrate its eligibility in accordance with Clause 17.
Qualification Documents means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus, the Preliminary Registration Statement, the Final Registration Statement and the Documents Incorporated by Reference collectively;
Qualification Documents means the documents required to be submitted by the Prospective Bidder during the Pre-Qualification stage as provided in Section 5.
