Port Terminal definition

Port Terminal means the Company’s seaboard terminal at 00-00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx or such other port terminals as may be operated by the Company.
Port Terminal means a terminal, staffed by a carrier or a terminal operator, in a port with facilities, such as check-in, ticket counters or lounges, and staff for the embarkation or disembarkation of passengers travelling on passenger services or on a cruise;
Port Terminal means terminal infrastructure, cargo-handling equipment, sheds and other land-based structures used for the loading, storage, transshipment and discharging of cargo or the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers;

  • Where a vessel is to be loaded at the Port of Newcastle inor a later Elevation Period in accordance with Part C clause 40.138, GrainCorp will not be required to comply with Part C, clauses 10, 13-15, 17, 22-25, 27, 33 or 35-38 6, 9-12, 13, 18-21, 23, 29 or 31-34 of the Port Terminal Services Protocols, so long as GrainCorp does not discriminate between Customers in favour of its own trading division.

Season means the period in which Grain is harvested and then Delivered to facilities, typically commencing in November in one year and going through to October of the following year. Services means the services to be supplied by POPL under this Agreement as set out in Clauses 2 to 8 inclusive.
