Port Railway Area means before the grant of the Port Railway Lease that part or those parts (as the case may be) of the Port the subject of a subsisting agreement pursuant to clause 8(1)(a) and after the grant of the Port Railway Lease, that area or those areas (as the case may be) of the Port from time to time the subject of that lease;
