Polygon. We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ means The Polygon Group Pty Ltd ‘You’, ‘Your’ means the Customer.
Polygon means a type of a virtual currency based on an open source cryptographic protocol existing on the Polygon Network, and the assets underlying the Trust's Units and may include “forked” versions of such virtual currency as described in the Memorandum. Individual units of Polygon may be described as “MATICs.”
