Point of Sale Data definition

Point of Sale Data means any data related to subscriber, SIM and voucher information
Point of Sale Data means sales data reflecting the amount of each sales transaction, items sold per transaction, time and date of the transaction, and specifying the sales category applicable to each item sold.

Related to Point of Sale Data

  • Point of Sale means, for a Placement, the time at which an acquiror of Placement Shares entered into a contract, binding upon such acquiror, to acquire such Placement Shares.

  • Point of Reception means any point on the premises of a person where sound or vibration originating from other than those premises is received.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Point source means any discernible, confined, and discrete conveyance, including but not limited to any pipe, ditch, channel, tunnel, conduit, well, discrete fissure, container, rolling stock, concentrated animal feeding operation, vessel, or other floating craft from which pollutants are or may be discharged.
