PMPM definition

PMPM means per member per month;
PMPM means per Member/Life per month. Product(s) mean collectively the MEDecision Product and/or MEDecision Products, the Third Party Products and any Upgrades that MEDecision may provide to Customer as part of the Support described in Section 2 of this Agreement.
PMPM means the dollar amount paid to Borrower expressed as a monthly rate for each Person for whom the Borrower is responsible for providing services.

More Definitions of PMPM

PMPM means Per Member Per Month.
PMPM means per Member per month, determined from the eligibility files on the first or last day of each calendar month, as mutually agreed by the Parties.
