Eligibility Files means the list submitted by Sponsor to ESI in reasonably acceptable electronic format indicating persons eligible for drug benefit coverage services under the Plan.

Examples of Eligibility Files in a sentence

  • The CMS Contractor will establish a specific day of the week or day of the month on which Eligibility Files will be sent.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, Trading Partner Contractor is defined in Article I.G. Examples of media that are used to convey protected health information/individually identifiable health information include Eligibility Files and COB Claim Files.

Related to Eligibility Files

  • Eligibility means the decision as to whether an individual qualifies, under financial and nonfinancial requirements, to receive program benefits.
