Eligibility Files means the list submitted by TPA to Cigna on-line, FTP, or electronic format as mutually agreed upon by the parties indicating persons eligible for drug benefit coverage services under the Plan.

• Member Packets, Identification Cards and Eligibility Files: FFI shall provide enrollment support, and agrees to supply each SPONSOR member with one prescription identification card as part of the member packet.
