Platform Update definition

Platform Update shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.7.
Platform Update means a software update that enables you to transfer this version of the Apple Software to an Apple-labeled computer that runs on a different processor. Please note that if you obtain the Platform Update, or any other update to the Apple Software that completely replaces the previous version, you are still limited to having the software on no more than one Apple-labeled desktop computer and one Apple-labeled laptop computer at a time. NFR (Not for Resale) Copies: Notwithstanding other sections of this License, Apple Software labeled or otherwise provided to you on a promotional basis may only be used for demonstration, testing and evaluation purposes and may not be resold or transferred.
Platform Update means a patch, bug fix, or other update to one or more of the Platforms supported by Unisys.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Forward-Looking Information means disclosure regarding possible events, conditions or financial performance that is based on assumptions about future economic conditions and courses of action and includes future-oriented financial information with respect to prospective financial performance, financial position or cash flows that is presented as a forecast or a projection;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.
