Planning and Development Authority definition

Planning and Development Authority means the Planning and Development Authority established under section 3 of the Physical Planning Act;
Planning and Development Authority or “PDA” means the Planning and Development Authority constituted under the Town & Country Planning Act, 1974;
Planning and Development Authority means Planning and Development Authority constituted under section 20 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975);
