Town & Country definition

Town & Country means Town & Country Bank Limited;
Town & Country. Defined. The parties acknowledge and agree that the term "Town & Country" includes Town & Country Corporation and each of its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, Fine Jewelry Group, Inc., and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns.
Town & Country means Town and Country Trust and any Person controlled -------------- by or under common control with Town and Country Trust.
