Plan Credits definition

Plan Credits means (1) credits reflecting that portion of the annual stipends and fees payable by CREF to the trustee for service on the Board of Trustees of CREF which trustee elects to have credited under this plan and (2) additional credits reflecting an amount calculated by applying the same interest rate, including dividends, as then being credited to current premiums on a TIAA Retirement Annuity Contract issued as of the first day of the month after the date of the Agreement on the balance of the credits in the Trustee Account as of the first of each month.

Examples of Plan Credits in a sentence

  • When a limit is reached, the User will consume data from their PAYG Base Plan Credits at applicable rates unless the Owner raises the limit.

  • When You exhaust Your initial paid allotment of Plan Credits for Your metered plan, unless You advise us otherwise in writing, we will automatically purchase the minimum package for additional minutes for Your plan on Your behalf (and Your Account will be charged accordingly).

  • Plan Credits, Additional Credits, Promotional Credits, and international calling credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for the cash value at any time after such credits are purchased by You.

  • Upon termination of Your Account for any reason, all unused Plan Credits, and international calling credits shall expire in their entirety on the termination date.

  • The eligibility for conversion will be based on the following schedule: Sick Days Used In Previous School Year Number of Days Allowed to Sell Cafeteria Plan Credits Per Day Sold 1 or less day 6 sick leave days $100 per day Greater than 1 day to 3 days 4 sick leave days $100 per day Greater than 3 days to 5 days 2 sick leave days $100 per day Sick leave includes any absence other than personal leave when a deduction in sick leave occurs.

  • All of the Plan Credits are quoted in terms of domestic minute usage, and may be referred to on the Website or by a Go Cloud Communications Customer service representative as “minutes”.

Related to Plan Credits

  • 9% Credits means Federal Credit allocated on a competitive basis under the provisions of this Plan.

  • Plan Account means the account established for each Participant pursuant to Section 8(a).
