PIK Notes Indenture definition

PIK Notes Indenture means the indenture governing the PIK Notes, among, inter alios, the PIK Notes Issuer and Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, as trustee, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. as registrar and transfer agent and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as principal paying agent and as security agent.

PIK Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of January 20, 2009 among AMO, the PIK Notes Indenture Trustee and other parties thereto, as may be amended from time to time.

PIK Notes Indenture means that certain indenture dated October 31, 2008, by and among CL Holdco, CL Holdings, as guarantor, and Wells Fargo Bank National Association, as trustee, providing for the issuance of 13.75% Senior PIK Notes due 2015.
