  • Whenever such extension of time is granted, it would be without prejudice to the rights of PIIC for any penal action to the extent of the delay attributable to the Contractor/ Bidder.

  • The Contractor/ Bidder/ supplier shall also be liable to refund all the charges paid to him up to date plus such damages as may be assessed by PIIC including the recovery of liquidated damages.
