PIIA definition

PIIA means the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement (or similar type agreement) between Executive and the Company.
PIIA means, with respect to a Participant, the Participant’s Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement (or similarly titled agreement) entered into with the Company or other applicable member of the Company Group, as amended or superseded from time to time by mutual consent of the Participant and the Company.

  • For the purpose of this Employment Agreement, the PIIA is further modified to reflect the definition of “Competing Business” as set forth in Section 1(d) above.
