Pharmacovigilance Costs definition

Pharmacovigilance Costs means, with respect to a SYNGAP1 Co-Co Product, those Internal Costs and External Costs, in each case, directly attributable or reasonably allocable to the performance of any activities related to pharmacovigilance for such SYNGAP1 Co-Co Product, including establishing, updating, and maintaining a global safety database for such SYNGAP1 Co-Co Product and the performance of any other activities under the Pharmacovigilance Agreement.
Pharmacovigilance Costs means those costs in relation to sales of the Product in the Territory as are necessarily and reasonably incurred by either Par or IPC in pursuance of the Partiesobligations under the Safety Data Exchange Agreement, and includes only (i) pass-through costs related to sales of the Product in the Territory as invoiced by a third party vendor contracted by either Party to perform any or all of such obligations, (ii) the cost of quarterly null reports from such vendor in periods in which no adverse events are reported, (iii) the cost of quarterly periodic reports from such vendor in periods in which there was at least one adverse event, (iv) the Parties’ incremental costs per individual case evaluation of adverse events, (v) the Parties’ cost of mandatory literature searches and review thereof, and (vi) any other cost relating to the Parties’ pharmacovigilance obligations which the Parties agree is a Pharmacovigilance Cost.
Pharmacovigilance Costs means, with respect to a given Cost Share Product, those Internal Costs and External Costs, in each case, directly attributable or reasonably allocable to the performance of activities related to pharmacovigilance for such Cost Share Product in the United States (including, for clarity, costs of global activities or for activities outside the United States that are reasonably allocable to pharmacovigilance in the United States).

Related to Pharmacovigilance Costs

  • Pharmacovigilance Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Commercialization Costs means the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Adapt or its Affiliates directly attributable to, or reasonably allocable to, the Commercialization of a Product. Commercialization Costs for a Product shall include, preparation of promotional, advertising, communication, medical, and educational materials relating to the Product and other Product literature and selling materials, activities directed to marketing of the Product, including purchase of market data, development and conduct of market research, advertising, public relations, public affairs and other communications with Third Parties regarding the Product; development and conduct of sales force training (including materials, programs and travel to and attendance at training programs) for medical representatives responsible for promoting the Product; and development and maintenance of sales bulletins, call reporting and other monitoring/tracking, sales force targeting, validation and alignment programs and documentation.

  • Manufacturing Costs means the costs of Processing that generate Manufacturing Proceeds received by Grantor.

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Clinical laboratory means a facility for the microbiological, serological, chemical, hematological, radiobioassay, cytological, immunohematological, pathological, or other examination of materials derived from the human body for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease or assessment of a medical condition.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;
