PET Products definition

PET Products means all existing types of PET preforms and containers manufactured at the SLC Facility as of the Initial Public Offering Date, which types of PET preforms and containers are set forth, for the avoidance of doubt, on Schedule A hereto (the “Existing PET Products”). PET Products shall also include any other PET preforms and containers that are identified and mutually agreed upon by Supplier and Purchaser after the Initial Public Offering Date from time to time (the “New PET Products”).

Examples of PET Products in a sentence

  • In order to protect the confidentiality of the pricing terms in the Agreement, the Buyers and Seller agree that PCAM may designate a price for PET Products, which price would be made available to the Bottlers, the “Transfer Price”.
