Personal Keepsake definition

Personal Keepsake means not for commercial purposes and only for use as a: memento, remembrance, reminder, souvenir, token, and trophy.

  • Personal vehicle means a vehicle that is:

  • Personal Law means the law of inheritance and succession as applicable to the individual Unit Holder.

  • Personal care means the provision of hands-on services to assist an individual with activities of daily living.

  • Personal Services means “the performance of any work or labor and shall also include acting as an independent contractor or providing any consulting advice or assistance, or otherwise acting as an agent pursuant to a contractual relationship.”

  • Personal protective equipment means all equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards, including gloves, masks, face shields, foot and eye protection, protective hearing devices, respirators, hard hats, and disposable gowns and aprons.

  • Personal Pay means additional pay granted to an employee:

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Electric personal assistive mobility device means a self-balancing two-nontandem-wheeled device

  • Personal relationship means an ongoing romantic or intimate personal relationship that can include, but is not limited to, dating, living together or being a partner or significant other. This definition applies regardless of gender, gender identification, or sexual orientation of the individuals in the relationship. This restriction does not extend to friends, acquaintances or former colleagues who are not otherwise encompassed in the scope of “personal relationships.”

  • personal health information means, with respect to an individual, whether living or deceased:

  • Personal watercraft means a vessel that uses an outboard motor or an inboard engine

  • Necessary Personal Effects means items such as clothing and toiletry items, which are included in the Insured’s Baggage and are required for the Insured’s Trip.

  • Personal harassment means any improper behaviour by a person employed by the Employer that is directed at and offensive to another person employed by the Employer which the first person knew or ought reasonably to have known would be unwelcome. Personal harassment comprises objectionable conduct, comment, act or display that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to the recipient.

  • Personal recognizance means an agreement by a person made at the time of issuance of the wildlife citation that the person will comply with the terms of that citation.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
