Necessary Personal Effects do not include jewelry, perfume and alcohol.
Baggage Delay Proof of Loss: The Insured must provide documentation of the delay or misdirection of the Baggage by the Common Carrier and receipts for the Necessary Personal Effects purchases.
Baggage and Sporting and Golf Equipment Delay Proof of Loss: The Insured must provide documentation of the delay or misdirection of the Baggage and/or sporting and golf equipment by the Common Carrier and receipts for the Necessary Personal Effects and sporting equipment rental purchases.
BAGGAGE DELAY If, while on a Trip, the Insured’s Baggage is delayed or misdirected by the Common Carrier for at least 12 consecutive hours, the Company will reimburse the Insured up to the Maximum Limit shown in the Schedule for the purchase of Necessary Personal Effects.
