Personal Data Protection Laws definition

Personal Data Protection Laws means: the European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the United Kingdom Data Protection Act of 2018, and any other similar and applicable laws and regulations protecting Personal Data.
Personal Data Protection Laws means all applicable laws and regulations (including amendments to the laws and regulations and regulatory guidance) regulating data privacy and/or Personal Data in Singapore;
Personal Data Protection Laws means Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2564 (as amended) and the relevant laws.

Personal Data Protection Laws means all European and French laws, standards, directives, policies, regulations and procedures, as amended, relating to the security, confidentiality or protection of personal data, including, without limitation, Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2018-670 of 30 July 2018, Decree No. 2018-687, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the European Parliament's Data Protection and Privacy Directive 2002/5/8EC, the Data Protection and Electronic Communications Reg- ulations 2003 (EC Directive), the 2003 Regulations (21 2003/2426) and any legislation and/or regulations implementing them, as amended from time to time, as well as any guidelines, codes or practices and policies issued by the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
Personal Data Protection Laws mean the GDPR, EU Directives 2002/58/EC and 2009/136/EC (as transposed in and adapted to the domestic legislation of the EU Member States) or any other similar laws or regulations applicable to the User or the Transporter in any part of the world, always as amended and effective.
Personal Data Protection Laws means any law or regulation, including the laws and regulations of the European Union and of Member States, applicable to the processing of Personal Data, including the GDPR.
