We will pay your necessary and reasonable expenses for a professional public relations firm review of and response to the potential impact of the Personal Data Compromise on your business relationships.
The Pool will reimburse the Named Member, if approved by the Pool in advance of payment thereof, for the services of a public relations consulting firm for the purpose of averting or mitigating damage to the Named Member’s reputation or brand caused by a Personal Data Compromise, e-commerce incident, network security breach, cyber extortion threat or Wrongful Act occurring within the Coverage Period and covered under this Additional Coverage I.
This limit applies regardless of the number of Personal Data Compromise events occurring during that period.
The most we will pay under each of the coverages listed in 2.a. for loss arising from any one Personal Data Compromise is the amount shown for that coverage in the Declarations.
If a Personal Data Compromise is first discovered in one policy period but causes covered expenses in other policy periods, all covered expenses arising from such Personal Data Compromise will be subject to the Response Expenses Limit applicable to the policy period when the Personal Data Compromise was first discovered.
Affected Individual means any person who is your current, former or prospective customer, client, member, owner, director or employee and whose Personally Identifying Information is lost, stolen, accidentally released or accidentally published by a Personal Data Compromise covered under this Section.
