Person Covered means a person or persons who is covered under this Takaful Certificate as per listing lodged by the Takaful Participant.

Person Covered means the Takaful Participants including the passenger whilst travelling, alighting or entering the Covered Vehicle.

Person Covered means the person who is covered under this Master Certificate. Beside the Participant, other Person Covered in any one Individual Certificate should not exceed one (1) Spouse and three (3) children.

Examples of Person Covered in a sentence

  • In case of death of a Person Covered, reasonable notice shall be given to the Company before interment or cremation and the Company may require that the Company be represented at a post mortem examination on the body of the Person Covered.

  • Immediate notice of time and place of an autopsy to a Person Covered shall be given to the Company as soon as known to the Takaful Participant.

  • If any claim shall, in any respect, be false or fraudulent or if fraudulent means or devices are used by the Participant or Person Covered or anyone acting on their behalf to obtain benefit hereunder, then the coverage for the Person Covered shall be cancelled immediately and all benefits and contribution forfeited.

  • The Company reserves the right at any time to require that the age of any Person Covered under this Certificate be proven to its satisfaction.

  • Evidence of age of a Person Covered must be satisfactory to the Company and will be required before any benefit in respect of him is paid under this Certificate.
