Eligible Retiree definition

Eligible Retiree means a retired employee of the GROUP who is receiving retirement benefits from GROUP and is entitled to Medicare part A and enrolled in Medicare part B. If this Agreement includes Group Plan 65, an Eligible Retiree who selects Group Plan 65 shall be eligible as an individual. Such Eligible Retiree shall not be deemed to have any dependents who can select Group Plan 65.
Eligible Retiree means a retiree of an NAD participating employer organization who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document.
Eligible Retiree means a Retiree who is eligible to become a Participant under the terms of the Master Plan Document for the PEBP Enrollment and Eligibility. PEBP may at any time and from time to time remove any one or more Retirees or any other group(s) or class(es) of Retirees from eligibility for participation in this Plan.

Examples of Eligible Retiree in a sentence

  • Insured Person means an Eligible Employee, Eligible Dependent or Eligible Retiree whose coverage is in effect under the Group Policy.

Eligible Retiree means an individual who:
Eligible Retiree means a retiree of a NAD participating employer organization hired before July 1, 2020, who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document.

Eligible Retiree means a Participant who has retired under the normal retirement provisions of Section 5.1 or the early retirement provisions of Section 5.2 and who, as of his Annuity Starting Date, was either:
Eligible Retiree means each Former Employee (other than a person who, in the current Plan Year or any preceding Plan Year, is or has been a Key Employee) who satisfies the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 2.1.1, below.
Eligible Retiree shall be defined as a unit member who meets the current STRS eligibility requirement for retirement or disability retirement at the time of his/her retirement from the District.
Eligible Retiree means a Retiree who meets the eligibility requirements of the Plan.
