Eligible Retiree definition

Eligible Retiree means a retired employee of the GROUP who is receiving retirement benefits from GROUP and is entitled to Medicare part A and enrolled in Medicare part B. If this Agreement includes Group Plan 65, an Eligible Retiree who selects Group Plan 65 shall be eligible as an individual. Such Eligible Retiree shall not be deemed to have any dependents who can select Group Plan 65.
Eligible Retiree means a retiree of an NAD participating employer organization who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document.
Eligible Retiree means a Retiree who is eligible to become a Participant under the terms of the Master Plan Document for the PEBP Enrollment and Eligibility. PEBP may at any time and from time to time remove any one or more Retirees or any other group(s) or class(es) of Retirees from eligibility for participation in this Plan.

  • Upon acceptance by BCBSRI, the eligibility file will provide BCBSRI with GROUP’s determinations as to when an Eligible Employee, Eligible Dependent or Eligible Retiree is to become an Enrolled Member and when an individual is no longer an Enrolled Member under GROUP’s Health Care Coverage (“Eligibility Determinations”).

  • Additionally, a Health Eligible Retiree timely enrolled in Medicare is entitled to reimbursement of the cost of the Part B Supplemental Medicare Expense Premium.
