COBRA Coverage definition

COBRA Coverage means continued medical and dental coverage under the Company’s benefit plans, as determined under section 4980B of the Code.

COBRA Coverage means continuation coverage required under Section 4980B of the Code and Part 6 of Title I of ERISA.

• Subject to Section 3(d), the Company will provide COBRA Coverage until the earliest of (A) a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the Executive’s termination of employment, (B) the date upon which the Executive (and the Executive’s eligible dependents, as applicable) becomes covered under similar plans, or (C) the date upon which the Executive ceases to be eligible for coverage under COBRA.

More Definitions of COBRA Coverage

COBRA Coverage means any continuation coverage to which Xx. Xxxxxx or his dependents may be entitled pursuant to Code Section 4980B.

COBRA Coverage has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.6(d).

COBRA Coverage means the coverage under the Corporation’s medical, dental and/or vision benefit plans that Executive and/or Executive’s eligible dependents participates following a termination of employment pursuant to COBRA.
