Covered Vehicle definition

Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) which is registered or rented to You during Your Trip, which is rated ¾ ton in weight or less, not used for racing, dealer services, dealer loaners, taxi, limousine, shuttle, delivery, hauling, towing, road repair service, construction service, snow removal, or as a public livery vehicle, or any other commercial use.
Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) owned by or under long term lease (1 year or more) to You.
Covered Vehicle means the Vehicle shown on the front side of this Service Contract covered by this Service Contract.

  • All other requirements of the warranty would need to be met by a Covered Vehicle Engine, including without limitation the requirement to be able to demonstrate that the Covered Vehicle Engine used only Chevron FA-4 Lubricants throughout the time ending three (3) months after the Specified Fleet gave notice (“Change Notice”) to Chevron of the change in suppliers.

  • Chevron and Specified Fleet will cooperate on a system to record Covered Vehicle Engines and claims under the Chevron warranty.

  • Chevron’s maximum cumulative payment hereunder with respect to any individual Covered Vehicle Engine will be $30,000.

  • If warranty is denied by the engine manufacturer due to API FA-4 lubricant use then the Specified Fleet must submit a claim to Chevron for the Covered Vehicle Engine, along with a copy of the engine manufacturer rejection letter.

  • This Service Contract provides for the repairs or, if not repairable, the replacement of the tires of the Covered Vehicle that has experienced Structural Damage due to contact with a Road Hazard.

All of the emergency roadside assistance services are provided by United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc. administrative offices located at X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. All entities are collectively referred to as “United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc” throughout these Terms and Conditions. EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE Just call TOLL-FREE 0-000-000-0000 and a service vehicle will be dispatched to your assistance. Important: Please be with your Covered Vehicle when the service provider arrives, unless it is unsafe to remain with the vehicle, as the provider cannot service an unattended vehicle. In the event that service is not obtainable through United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc, you will receive an authorization number to receive a refund of payments made according to your program benefit and coverage limits for services received independently. You must first contact United States Auto Club, Motoring Division, Inc. for authorization to obtain independent services. NOTE: ASSISTANCE OBTAINED THROUGH ANY SOURCE OTHER THAN UNITED STATES AUTO CLUB, MOTORING DIVISION, XXX.XX NOT COVERED AND IS NOT REIMBURSABLE. The following are covered emergencies, subject to the one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence limit:
