Permit Use means the exclusive/nonexclusive use of the Permit Area for

More Definitions of Permit Use

Permit Use means the nonexclusive use of the Permit Area solely for the purpose of to erect, construct, change the size of, improve, reconstruct, relocate, repair, maintain underground facilities; aboveground structures consisting of, but not limited to, pad-mounted electrical equipment, and [ # ] electric vehicle charging stations (“EV Stations”), and all appurtenances for the distribution of electricity to the facilities; and communication facilities, and appurtenances, which can include, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”).

Related to Permit Use

  • Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.
