Performance Peer Group means the following peer companies, which may be updated from time to time by the Committee in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order to be included in the calculation pursuant to Section 2 of this Exhibit A, a company must remain in the Performance Peer Group on the last day of the Performance Period:
Performance Peer Group means the companies listed on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, however, that if after the Grant Date a company listed on Exhibit A merges or consolidates with another company, is acquired or disposes of a significant portion of its businesses as they exist on the Grant Date or experiences any event or circumstance as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, the Committee may adjust (by adding, subtracting or replacing) the companies listed on Exhibit A (by amending and replacing such Exhibit A) to address any such change or event or circumstance as the Committee determines, in its sole discretion.
Performance Peer Group means those publicly held companies selected by the Committee prior to the commencement of a Performance Period, or such later date provided by the Code, to form a comparative performance group in applying Section 10.
Examples of Performance Peer Group in a sentence
The term “Peer Companies” means the companies which are in the Chubb Financial Performance Peer Group as determined by the Committee within 90 days of the beginning of the Performance Period and for which financial information is available for all year(s) in the Performance Period.
The companies used in the Annualized Relative Total Shareholder Return are the Performance Peer Group companies established at the outset of the performance cycle.
If an entity in the Performance Peer Group spins-off a subsidiary, such spin-off should be treated as a dividend.
