Performance Date definition

Performance Date means the three year period beginning with the Effective Date of this Agreement. If the County deems that good faith and reasonable efforts have been made and are being made by the Company to achieve the Targets, the County may extend the Performance Date by up to fifteen (15) months. If the Performance Date is extended, the County shall send written notice of the extension to the Authority and the Company and the date to which the Performance Date has been extended shall be the “Performance Date” for purposes of this Agreement.
Performance Date means June 30, 1999.

More Definitions of Performance Date

Performance Date means December 31, 2025. If the Locality, in consultation with VEDP, deems that good faith and reasonable efforts have been made and are being made by the Company to achieve the Targets, on or before the Performance Date the Locality may request an extension of the Performance Date by up to 15 months. Any extension of the Performance Date shall require the prior approval of the Company and the Board of Directors of VEDP (the “Board”). If the Performance Date is extended, the Locality shall send written notice of the extension to the Authority, the Company and VEDP and the date to which the Performance Date has been extended shall be the “Performance Date” for the purposes of this Agreement.
Performance Date means the earlier of the End Date or the date of a Change of Control.
Performance Date means the date that is the third anniversary of the Award Date. If the Locality, in consultation with the Authority and the Commission, deems that the Company is making good faith and reasonable efforts to achieve the Targets, the Locality may request an extension of the Performance Date by up to 12 months. Any extension of the Performance Date shall require the prior written approval of the Commission’s Executive Director or his designee. Any further extensions will require the approval of the Commission’s governing body. If VEDP, in consultation with DEQ, deems that good faith and reasonable efforts have been made and are being made by the Grantee to complete the Project, the Performance Date may be extended by up to 15 months and the date to which the Performance Date has been extended shall be the “Performance Date” for the purposes of this Agreement.
Performance Date has the meaning given in clause 7. Reference Price means in relation to the valuation of Securities or Equivalent Securities, the market value of them as determined by FP Markets.
