VEDP has estimated that the Commonwealth will reach its “break-even point” by the Performance Date.
This can be done without charge up to four weeks prior to the Performance Date.
Any extension of the Performance Date requires prior approval by VEDP’s Project Review and Credit Committee (“PRACC”) and the VEDP Board of Directors.
The Contractor acknowledges that the Owner needs a minimum of ninety (90) days notice prior to the anticipated Substantial Performance Date to prepare for the Commissioning.
