Peoples Disclosure Schedule definition

Peoples Disclosure Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02.
Peoples Disclosure Schedule means each of the disclosure schedules required by this Article III, dated as of the date hereof and referenced to the specific sections and subsections of Article III of this Agreement, which have been delivered by Peoples to Market. Peoples hereby represents and warrants to Market as follows as of the date hereof:
Peoples Disclosure Schedule means a disclosure schedule delivered by Peoples to Penseco pursuant to Article III of this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date hereof, delivered to the Buyer by the Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

  • Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule of the Company referred to in, and delivered pursuant to, this Agreement.

  • Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.

  • Company Material Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).
