Purchaser Disclosure Letter definition

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by the Purchaser to the Company at the time of execution hereof.

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the Purchaser Disclosure Letter attached hereto, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Purchaser to the Company with this Agreement.
