Section 3.2(f) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth a true, correct and complete list of each Company Subsidiary, together with (A) the jurisdiction of organization of each Company Subsidiary and (B) each Company Subsidiary’s authorized and outstanding equity interests and the record owners thereof.
