Company Disclosure Schedule definition

Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by the Company to Parent concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule that has been prepared by the Company in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement and that has been delivered by the Company to Parent on the date of the Agreement.
