Parent Disclosure Schedule definition

Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.

More Definitions of Parent Disclosure Schedule

Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Parent to Company prior to the execution of this Agreement and forming a part hereof.

Parent Disclosure Schedule means the schedule (dated as of the date of the Agreement) delivered to the Company on behalf of Parent.

Parent Disclosure Schedule means the written disclosure schedule delivered on or prior to the date hereof by Parent to the Company that is arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered paragraphs contained in the Agreement.
