Parent Disclosure Schedule definition
Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated the date hereof regarding this Agreement that has been provided by Parent to the Company.
Parent Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Parent to Target concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, as the same may be amended or supplemented by Parent.
Parent Disclosure Schedule means the written disclosure schedule delivered on or prior to the date hereof by Parent to the Company that is arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered paragraphs corresponding to the numbered and lettered paragraphs contained in the Agreement.
