Pension and Benefits Committee definition

Pension and Benefits Committee means the committee constituted to administer and supervise the Plan in accordance with Article XI. Prior to August, 2009, the Pension and Benefits Committee was known as the Pension Committee.
Pension and Benefits Committee means the committee provided for by the provisions of Section 12.02 hereof, or if no such committee is appointed or there are no members in office, the Board of Directors.
Pension and Benefits Committee means the person or persons or entity appointed to administer the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section Fifteen of the Plan. The Pension and Benefits Committee shall be the "named fiduciary," as referred to in Section 402(a) of ERISA, with respect to the management, operation and administration of the Plan.

Pension and Benefits Committee or Committee shall mean the Pension and Benefits Committee of the Company which is appointed by the Board or its designee to administer the Plan in accordance with the terms of Article VIII. The terms Pension Committee, Committee or Pension and Benefits Committee may be used interchangeably.

  • Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Disability benefit recipient means a member who is receiving a disability benefit.

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.
