PCN Procedures definition

PCN Procedures means the product and process change notification procedures applicable to Assembly and Test Services performed on Die for each AM Product under this Agreement, which (a) for Die for each Existing AM Product, shall be identical to those product and process change notification procedures that were used by FSL for the performance of Assembly and Test Services on such Die immediately prior to the Effective Date (except to the extent any modifications thereto are mutually agreed in writing by the Parties), and (b) for Die for each AM Product other than an Existing AM Product, shall be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties prior to the commencement of the performance of Assembly and Test Services on Die for such AM Product.
PCN Procedures means the product and process change notification procedures applicable to Sort Services performed on each Wafer under this Agreement, which (a) for Wafers for each Existing AM Product, shall be identical to those product and process change notification procedures that were used by FSL for the performance of Sort Services on such Wafers immediately prior to the Effective Date (except to the extent any modifications thereto are mutually agreed in writing by the Parties), and (b) for Wafers for each AM Product other than an Existing AM Product, shall be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties prior to the commencement of the performance of Sort Services on Wafers for such AM Product.
PCN Procedures means the product and process change notification procedures applicable to each Wafer under this Agreement, which (a) for Wafers for each Existing AM Product, shall be identical to those product and process change notification procedures that were used by FSL for the manufacture of such Wafers immediately prior to the Effective Date (except to the extent any modifications thereto are mutually agreed in writing by the Parties), and (b) for Wafers for each AM Product other than an Existing AM Product, shall be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties prior to the commencement of manufacture of Wafers for such AM Product.

Examples of PCN Procedures in a sentence

  • Any modifications or changes to the Specifications shall be implemented solely in accordance with the PCN Procedures.

  • No Engineering Changes will be made by either Party to any Wafers supplied to Spansion hereunder after Qualification of such Wafers, other than in accordance with the PCN Procedures.

  • No engineering changes will be made by either Party to any Assembly and Test Services other than in accordance with the PCN Procedures.

Related to PCN Procedures

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Sale Procedures Unless otherwise specified in the Supplement, shall mean that, with respect to any sale of one or more Underlying Securities or Related Assets, the Market Agent, on behalf of the Trust, shall sell such Underlying Securities or Related Assets to the highest bidders among not less than two solicited bidders for such Underlying Securities or Related Assets (one of which bidders may include Merrill Lynch & Co. or any Affiliate thereof; provided, however, that xxxxxxr Xxxxill Lynch & Co. nor any of its Affiliates will be under any obligxxxxx xo xxx, and which bidders need not be limited to recognized broker dealers). In the sole judgment of the Market Agent, bids may be evaluated on the basis of bids for a single Underlying Security or Related Asset, a portion of the Underlying Securities or Related Assets, or all of the Underlying Securities or Related Assets being sold or any other basis selected in good faith by the Market Agent.

  • Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures attached as Exhibit 1 to the Bidding Procedures Order, as such bidding procedures may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Reconciliation Procedures means those procedures set forth in Section 7.09 of this Agreement.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;

  • Procedures shall collectively mean DST’s transfer agency procedures manual, third party check procedures, checkwriting draft procedures, Compliance + and identity theft programs and signature guarantee procedures;

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Enforcement Procedures means the procedures for the enforcement of Mortgages from time to time in accordance with the relevant Seller’s Policy;

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Participant Direction Procedures means such instructions, guidelines or policies, the terms of which are incorporated herein, as shall be established pursuant to Section 4.10 and observed by the Administrator and applied and provided to Participants who have Participant Directed Accounts.

  • Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.
