Payment and Values Schedule definition

Payment and Values Schedule means the schedule of values of various items of TTMS Work based upon which Scheduled Payments of the Contract Sum will be made by Concessionaire as set forth in Exhibit L hereto, as the same may be adjusted pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Representatives of Concessionaire and Contractor shall determine the Contract Sum amount referred to in clause (i) above in accordance with the Payment and Values Schedule, and Contractor shall document in detail the costs claimed under clause (ii) above to Concessionaire’s reasonable satisfaction and shall supply Concessionaire with copies of the Subcontractor invoices covering amounts claimed under clause (iii) above.

  • Concessionaire’s Project Manager shall have the authority to (a) issue Concessionaire’s instructions and other communications to Contractor, (b) determine achievement of milestones under the Payment and Values Schedule, (c) issue Concessionaire’s determination regarding Substantial Completion, Final Acceptance, the Contractor’s Punch List and the Concessionaire’s Punch List, and (d) execute Proposal Requests and Scope Change Orders.

  • If Concessionaire approves Contractor’s Change Order Proposal, Concessionaire will issue and Contractor will execute and accept a written Scope Change Order in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit G, and the Contract Sum, the Payment and Values Schedule, the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date and any other appropriate changes in the Contract Documents shall be adjusted as set forth in such Scope Change Order.

  • Tax fees relate to services performed by the tax division for tax compliance, planning, and advice.

  • The Concessionaire may order Scope Changes to the DB Work, in which event, as more specifically set forth in Section 14.05(b), one or more of the Contract Sum, the Payment and Values Schedule, the Project Schedule, the Scheduled Substantial Completion Dates and the Long Stop Date shall be adjusted accordingly, if necessary, as agreed by the Concessionaire and the DB Contractor.

  • The adjustment, if any, to the Scheduled Substantial Completion Dates, the Project Schedule and the Payment and Values Schedule specified in any Change Order Proposal shall be limited to the delays to the Critical Path directly attributable to and necessarily incurred as a result of the proposed Scope Change.

  • In the event of a suspension of the TTMS Work pursuant to this Section 15.1.1, Concessionaire will authorize a Scope Change Order or, at its option, a Work Order if appropriate, making required adjustments to one or more of the Xxxx Ex Guaranteed Final Completion Date, the Contract Sum or the Payment and Values Schedule, and such other adjustments as are appropriate, with any disputes being resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution process set forth in Article 19.

Related to Payment and Values Schedule

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—

  • Purchase Price Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 5.11(f)(ii).

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • Schedule of Performance means that schedule of performance, attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein, setting forth the timelines for Milestones in the design, development, construction, and completion of the Project (including a construction timeline in customary form) together with the dates for submission of documentation required under this Agreement, which schedule shall be attached to the Development Plan and to the Declaration.

  • Schedule of Accounts means an aged trial balance and reconciliation to the Borrowing Base in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may at the Administrative Agent’s discretion include copies of original invoices) listing the Accounts of the Borrower, certified on behalf of the Borrower by a Duly Authorized Officer, to be delivered on a monthly basis to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to Section 8.1(d) hereof.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

  • Repayment Schedule means the repayment schedule set out in Schedule 6 (Repayment Schedule).

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Schedule of Values means the detailed breakdown of the cost of the materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the Work as described in the Contract Documents, submitted by Contractor for approval by Owner and A/E.

  • Schedule of Benefits means the section of this policy which shows, among other things, the Eligibility Requirements, Eligibility Waiting Period, Elimination Period, Amount of Insurance, Minimum Benefit, and Maximum Benefit Period.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Receivables Schedule means the schedule of receivables attached as Schedule A, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Base Residual Value means, for a Lease, the lower of (a) the Contract Residual Value of the Lease and (b)(i) the ALG Residual Value of the related Leased Vehicle or (ii) if the Servicer does not have an ALG Residual Value, the oldest ALG MTM Residual Value that the Servicer has for the related Leased Vehicle.

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Material Project EBITDA Adjustments means, with respect to each Material Project:

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Commitment Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Part VI means Tariff, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer-Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.
