PATENT or PATENTS means any patent owned by the Transferor, including U.S. and Foreign Counterparts, reissues, reexaminations, and registrations; and pending U.S. and foreign patent applications, provisional applications, divisional applications, continuation and continuation-in-part applications, and applications for reissue, reexamination, and registration, that are the subject of this IPAL Agreement.
PATENT or PATENTS means United States Patent No. 8,285,627, along with all foreign counterparts, divisions, continuations and reissues thereof.
PATENT or PATENTS means the patents and/or patent applications listed in Appendix A.

PATENT or PATENTS means the following listed patents and/or patent applications, patents to be issued pursuant thereto, and all divisions, continuations, and reissues, thereof (see Schedule "W" hereof). A list of documents reciting Technology owned by IGT, and to be licensed to Snap-on is attached hereto as Schedule "B".
