Participating Province definition

Participating Province means any Province which is selected to participate in the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Project Operations Manual;
Participating Province means any Eligible Province that has fulfilled the requirements of the Loan Agreement and the Operational Manual to be eligible to participate and receive funds from the Project.
Participating Province means any of said Participating Provinces.

Examples of Participating Province in a sentence

  • For purposes of carrying out any given Subproject, and prior to the carrying out of any of the works or Project activities under the pertinent Subproject, the Borrower, through MPF (through UCPyPFE), shall enter into an agreement (the Participation, Transfer and Maintenance Agreement) with the corresponding Participating Province, under terms and conditions acceptable to the Bank, which shall include, inter alia, those set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

  • The Borrower shall cause each Participating Province to carry on its operations and conduct its affairs in accordance with sound administrative, financial, technical, social, engineering and environmental practices under the supervision of qualified and experienced management assisted by competent staff in adequate numbers.

  • Each of the 21 Participating Province will therefore be required to follow the actions of the PAP and put in place the necessary arrangements described in the POM.

  • Should the project proceed to development WTR is proposing to invest Ar 1 090 000 000 to Ar 2 180 000 000 (US$0.5m to US$1m) per year in various projects outside the mine that will employ and help improve the lives of the Malagasy people.


More Definitions of Participating Province

Participating Province means any province of the Borrower which enters into a Subsidiary Loan Agreement (as hereinafter defined) for the execution of a Subproject (as hereinafter defined);
Participating Province means a province or territory of Canada in which there is in operation a medical care insurance plan in respect of which a contribution is payable under the Canada Health Act;
Participating Province means any of the Borrower’s political subdivisions, as per title Two of the Borrower’s 1994 Constitution, which exercise partial or total jurisdiction over a Subproject in the Norte Grande region.
Participating Province means a Participating Province I and/or a Participating Province II (as the case may be);
Participating Province means any Province or the Autonomus City of Buenos Aires (Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires) that has fulfilled the requirements of the Loan Agreement and the Operational Manual to be eligible to participate and receive funds from the Project.
Participating Province means any of the Borrower’s political subdivisions (as per title Two of the Borrower’s 1994 Constitution), which meet the eligibility criteria set forth in the Operational Manual (as defined above) to carry out the pertinent technical proposals under Part 2 (b) of the Project.
Participating Province means singularly any one of the said Provinces.
