Participating Countries definition

Participating Countries means, collectively, all such countries.”
Participating Countries mean collectively the Participating Countries, being the Recipient, Benin, Niger, Liberia, The Gambia and Togo, and “Participating Country” means individually each and any of the Participating Countries.
