Participating Provinces definition

Participating Provinces means the city of Buenos Aires and the following provinces within the territory of the Borrower: Buenos Aires, Chaco, Corrientes, Entre Ros, Formosa, Misiones and Santa Fe;

Participating Provinces means those Provinces of the Recipient participating in the Project and listed in the Attachment-1 to the Grant Agreement, as such list may be amended from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Bank; and “Participating Province” means any one of such Participating Provinces.

Participating Provinces means the provinces that will be involved in the implementation of the Project, namely the provinces of Kampot, Kep and Koh Kong;

Examples of Participating Provinces in a sentence

• The Borrower shall ensure counterpart funds for Project implementation are available on time and assist the Participating Provinces to prepare timely requests for annual budgetary appropriation requests.

• Participating Provinces will enhance transparency by maintaining databases on complaints/feedbacks and responses to those complaints/feedbacks.

• The expected outcome of the Project shall be increased tourism receipts in the Participating Provinces.

• The Borrower shall ensure that priority for the training to be provided under Part 4 of the Project, as described in Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement, shall be given to master trainers, trainers and public sector officials in tourism sector from the Participating Provinces.

• Installation of a flood-warning system consisting of: (a) a network of river flow gauging stations throughout the Participating Provinces; (b) a satellite link to transmit information collected by such gauging stations to a central data bank; (c) computer links allowing Participating Provinces non-restricted access to such central data bank; and (d) improved flood forecasting software (SAR-estimated cost US$ 3.8 million, or 1.0% of Total Base Cost).

More Definitions of Participating Provinces

Participating Provinces means the Part A Participating Provinces and the Part B Participating Provinces; and a “Participating Province” means any of said Participating Provinces.

Participating Provinces means the Recipient’s Provinces of Hải Xxxxx, Xxxxx Ninh, Nam Định, Vũng Tàu-Bà Rịa, Đồng Nai and Xxx Đồng and the Cities of Hà Nội, Hải Xxxxx, Hồ Xxx Xxxx, Da Nang and Cần Thơ, and any successors thereto; and a “Project Province” means any of said Provinces, as such list may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement between the Recipient and the World Bank.

Participating Provinces means the provinces of Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap, and Kampong Thom where Project activities will be carried out;

Participating Provinces means the Recipient’s provinces of Banten, DKI Jakarta and Jawa Barat;
