Parent Stock Incentive Plan definition

Parent Stock Incentive Plan means any equity compensation plan sponsored or maintained by Parent immediately prior to the Effective Time, including Aramark Amended and Restated 2013 Stock Incentive Plan, Aramark Second Amended and Restated 2013 Stock Incentive Plan, Aramark Third Amended and Restated 2013 Stock Incentive Plan and the Aramark 2023 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.
Parent Stock Incentive Plan means the Harrxx Xxxporation Stock Incentive Plan.
Parent Stock Incentive Plan means the Amended and Restated 2011 Employee Stock Incentive Plan.
