Corporation Stock definition

Corporation Stock means the Corporation’s Class A Non-Voting Common Stock, $.01 par value, and such other stock and securities as may be substituted therefor pursuant to Section 3.02.
Corporation Stock means shares of common stock, $.01 par value, issued by the Corporation, or any successor securities thereto.
Corporation Stock means the common stock, par value $.005 per share, of the Corporation, and any stock into which such common stock shall have been changed, any stock resulting from any reclassification of such common stock, any other shares of stock issued or issuable with respect thereto (whether by way of a stock dividend or stock split or in exchange for or upon conversion of such shares or otherwise in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization), and all other stock of any class or classes (however designated) of the Corporation (or its successors) the holders of which have the right, without limitation as to amount, either to all or to a share of the balance of current dividends and liquidating dividends after the payment of dividends and distributions on any shares entitled to preference.

More Definitions of Corporation Stock

Corporation Stock means the common stock, par value $.25 per share, of the Corporation.
Corporation Stock means (A) any outstanding capital stock of the Corporation, whenever issued, (B) any Warrants or Options, whether or not then exercisable or convertible, and (C) any Convertible Securities, whether or not then convertible or exchangeable.
Corporation Stock shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Corporation Stock means (i) any capital stock of the Corporation purchased or otherwise acquired by any stockholder of the Corporation (including, without limitation, shares of Common Stock), (ii) any warrants, options, or other rights to subscribe for or to acquire, directly or indirectly, capital stock of the Corporation, whether or not then exercisable or convertible, (iii) any stock, notes, or other securities which are convertible into or exchangeable for, directly or indirectly, capital stock of the Corporation, whether or not then convertible or exchangeable, and (iv) any capital stock of the Corporation issued or issuable upon the exercise, conversion, or exchange of any of the securities referred to in clauses (i) through (iii) above, and (v) any securities issued or issuable directly or indirectly with respect to the securities referred to in clauses (i) through (iv) above by way of stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, reclassification, merger, consolidation, or other reorganization. As to any particular securities constituting Corporation Stock, such securities will cease to be Corporation Stock when they have been (a) effectively registered under the Securities Act and disposed of in accordance with the registration statement or prospectus covering them, (b) distributed to the public through a broker, dealer or market maker pursuant to Rule 144 (or any similar or equivalent provision then in force), or (c) been repurchased or otherwise acquired by the Corporation;
Corporation Stock means the common stock of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
Corporation Stock means the Class A Common Stock and the Class B Common Stock of the Corporation.
Corporation Stock means, collectively, all issued and outstanding shares of Two S Stock and Three S Stock.
