Exercise or vesting of a Stock Incentive granted in connection with another Stock Incentive may result in a pro rata surrender or cancellation of any related Stock Incentive, as specified in the applicable Stock Incentive Agreement or Stock Incentive Program.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Stock Incentive Agreement may provide for more limited transferability than is described above.
