Restricted Stock Unit Award definition

Restricted Stock Unit Award means a right to receive shares of Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(b).

Restricted Stock Unit Award means an award of Restricted Stock Units under this Plan.

• Unless otherwise provided in the Award Agreement, no consideration other than services shall be required of the Participant for a Restricted Stock Unit Award.

More Definitions of Restricted Stock Unit Award

Restricted Stock Unit Award means the right granted to a Participant under Article 10 to receive shares of Stock (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) in the future, which right is subject to certain restrictions and to risk of forfeiture.
