Parent Operating Agreement definition

Parent Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Parent, dated as of May 1, 2020.

Parent Operating Agreement means the First Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of Parent, dated as of March 7, 2014, as further amended from time to time after the Execution Date in accordance with this Agreement.

Parent Operating Agreement the operating agreement dated as of the date hereof governing the Parent LLC.

Parent Operating Agreement means the Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Parent, dated as of November 6, 2019, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 2 to Third Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, which amendment is in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Parent Operating Agreement means the articles of association of Parent in effect on the Closing Date.

Parent Operating Agreement means the Rush Creek LLC Operating Agreement dated as of July 31, 1997, as amended (subject to the terms hereof) from time to time.

Parent Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Parent, dated as of December 31, 2012, by and among the Parent, Christals Parent, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and XX XX SPV, LLC.
