Parent Field means any field other than the SpinCo Field.

Parent Field means the business and operations of Parent and its relevant Subsidiaries that constitute the “North American Less-Than-Truckload” segment as described in Parent’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 and conducted at any time prior to the Distribution by either Group.
